Once we’ve negotiated the terms of your tenancy, we work in partnership with ARLA members Green Door – a specialist property management company based in Hertfordshire. Green Door handle all aspects of your tenancy administration including full reference checks, registering the security deposit, the taking of initial funds and drawing up the ARLA accredited tenancy agreement.

Together, we can assist you in ensuring that your property complies with all current legislation. We can even arrange for the professional cleaning, the inventory and the ‘check in’ to be carried out in sufficient time for the start of the tenancy. Once the keys have been handed over to the tenants, our Property Management Service will take care of any day-to-day issues that may occur and collecting the all-important rent that is due to you.

A statement will be provided each month, or in accordance with how your tenant pays their rent, to ensure that you’re always kept informed.
